Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

In its original packaging with tags attached, if applicable

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
For hygiene and safety reasons, sports bras, activewear, bodysuits, and fitted gym apparel must be returned in clean, unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or signs of use

Once your request is reviewed, our support team will provide return instructions if your order is eligible.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FlexivaWear is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment provider. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at support@FlexivaWear.com as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility.
If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@FlexivaWear.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and assist you.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
